The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Settlement of Fakhr al-Sadat, daughter of Haji Mirza Musa Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya and wife of Mirza Karim Khan, on August 17, 1928, in which she has settled some properties in Dihkhavariqan with Haji Mahdiquli Amir Qasimi for 450 tumans. On the margin it is mentioned that Fakhr al-Sadat has also received some candy from Tabriz. She also confirms receiving 450 tumans, of which Mahdiquli Khan was informed, and that her husband, Mirza Karim, was present at the meeting.
